Well, still can't post pictures yet, but at least I can share tidbits of our country adventures.
First of all, never let your child eat marshmallows before bed. S.G. woke up at 2:30am, wide awake, hearing every country noise and would NOT go back to sleep until 4:00am.
Turkeys leave cool feathers on the ground, which make for great collection pieces.
We've seen baby birds hatch, grow, and fly away from the nest on our porch light.
Old trees just might fall over in the middle of the night.
We have a friendly raccoon who scratches on the screen door around 11 pm each evening.
Flip Flops should NOT be worn in the country!!
Direct TV is available, and we might be able to get Dial Up soon! Well, at least we get some good TV.
Don't leave the porch light on during the night...it attracts really creepy bugs!!
Well, that's it for now. We are going to visit our playgroup friends at the end of the week, so maybe they will get some Spicy Girl pictures posted on their blogs.

Now I'm going to have nightmares...we have an old (dead) tree in our backyard that we haven't yet cut down. Yikes!
