This year, our Preschool had a Family Thanksgiving Feast. Boppa Spice jumped in his truck and drove 2 1/2 hours to attend this feast as Spicy Girl's guest. She was so excited to have him here..JPG)
We made Indian t-shirts and headbands in our classrooms.

After eating our wonderful Thanksgiving lunch, the kids got on the stage to sing a few songs they're learning in music.

That evening, Boppa Spice took us to dinner, so we took him for ice cream afterwards.

Once we were home for the evening, we put the movie Evan Almighty in. S.G. was watching her own movie back in our bedroom, but when hers was over, she joined us. It was really a cute movie. Anyway, this is how S.G. sat for the last hour of the movie.

Spicy Girl was sad to see Boppa Spice leave this morning, but we assured her we would see him and Mamama Spice, and Nana Spice next week for Thanksgiving.

Oh what fun. The picture of you, S. G. and Boppa Spice is priceless. You must get that one framed. You can tell he loves his grandaughter and it is obvious she adores him as well. You must email me and tell me exactly how you all made the little shirts for the kids. Mal and I might have to do one this week. So cute!!

Boppas are pretty special. We call ours Grampy, but he's just a sweet. I love the indian t-shirt idea! We still do paper sack vests and they are such a pain! These look like way more fun.
