The Importance of Grandparents

We had to take a little trip to Austin this weekend to get some paperwork done for our Baby Spice paperchasing. Of course, since all the grandparents are there, we made a weekend of it. We take turns staying at each one's house, so this time we stayed at Boppa and Mamama's house. We did not pass up an opportunity to see Nana as well, so we all went to lunch at the Hula Hut on Lake Austin. Spicy Girl absolutely loves her grandparents and boy do they love her. She gets their undivided attention, as well she should.

My grandparents were so very dear to me and I have the most wonderful memories with them. I know S.G. will have that as well. Thankfully, we live close enough that we can see them pretty often.
